Submit the operating details 007 Enterprise needs to review your company for dispatch services, including equipment, authority age, insurance, equipment photos, and packet readiness before dispatch support begins.

Power units, trailer type, vehicle capacity, operating lanes, availability, and driver coverage.

6 month DOT minimum

At this moment new carrier enrollment is limited to carriers with DOT authority active for at least 6 months.

Authority review

MC, USDOT, operation type, insurance limits, factoring setup, and onboarding readiness.

Document packet

Authority letter, W-9, COI, registrations, factoring documents, driver documents, and broker packet details.

Equipment photos

Upload pictures of all equipment and one clear door photo with the USDOT number visible.
