Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 007 Enterprise LLC website, submitting a carrier application, using the carrier portal, requesting services, accessing MotusNEX-related tools, enrolling in 007 Academy content, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Company Information

007 Enterprise LLC provides dispatch services, carrier support, business solutions, reporting tools, invoice support, document organization, MotusNEX platform-related access, and 007 Academy educational resources for transportation professionals and carrier businesses.

3. Services Offered

Services may include:

• Dispatch services
• Carrier onboarding support
• Weekly revenue reports
• Invoice and document organization
• Accounts Receivable Support Add-On
• Carrier packet support
• Business consulting or growth support
• MotusNEX platform access
• 007 Academy courses and training materials
• Other business support services offered by 007 Enterprise LLC

4. Carrier Responsibility

Carriers remain solely responsible for:

• Maintaining active authority, insurance, permits, and compliance
• Driver qualification, safety, and conduct
• Equipment condition and maintenance
• Cargo, vehicle, and property damage claims
• Accurate business information and documents
• Compliance with FMCSA, DOT, state, broker, shipper, and legal requirements
• Accepting or rejecting loads
• Final operational and business decisions

007 Enterprise provides dispatch and support services but does not operate as the motor carrier.

5. Dispatch Services

Dispatch services may include assistance with load searching, communication, scheduling support, reporting, paperwork organization, and related coordination. 007 Enterprise does not guarantee load availability, revenue, profit, route results, broker payment, or business outcomes.

6. Fees and Payment

Dispatch service fees are generally calculated as 10% of weekly gross revenue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts Receivable Support, when active, is billed separately at 3% of weekly gross revenue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Other add-on services, MotusNEX access, 007 Academy courses, consulting, or support services may have separate fees.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused services, restricted portal access, or cancellation of services.

7. Add-On Services

Carriers may request add-on services through the carrier portal or during enrollment. Add-on services are not active until approved by 007 Enterprise and, when required, accepted or signed by the carrier.

Accounts Receivable Support requires separate acceptance of the AR Add-On Agreement before activation.

8. MotusNEX Platform

MotusNEX platform access may include tools for reports, invoices, documents, performance, business organization, and carrier support. Access may be subject to separate pricing, terms, subscriptions, or usage rules.

007 Enterprise may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time.

9. 007 Academy

007 Academy provides educational content, training resources, courses, videos, documents, or related materials. Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee business results, income, employment, certification, compliance approval, or specific outcomes.

Course materials may not be copied, resold, shared, redistributed, or used to create competing materials without written permission.

10. Portal Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Users agree not to share accounts, access another carrier's data, upload harmful files, misuse the system, or attempt unauthorized access.

007 Enterprise may suspend or restrict portal access for misuse, non-payment, security concerns, false information, or violation of these Terms.

11. Documents, Reports, and Data

Reports, invoices, carrier packets, documents, and portal data are provided for business support and recordkeeping. Users are responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy and notifying 007 Enterprise of corrections needed.

12. No Legal, Tax, Insurance, or Financial Advice

007 Enterprise does not provide legal, tax, insurance, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice. Any information provided is for general business support only. Users should consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance matters.

13. No Guarantee of Results

007 Enterprise does not guarantee revenue, profit, number of loads, broker approval, shipper approval, payment speed, carrier growth, business results, or specific performance outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 007 Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, portal, dispatch services, business solutions, MotusNEX-related tools, or 007 Academy content.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 007 Enterprise LLC, its owners, team members, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from user conduct, carrier operations, inaccurate information, legal violations, uploaded documents, service misuse, or breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

007 Enterprise may suspend or terminate access to services or the portal for non-payment, misuse, unsafe or illegal conduct, false information, violation of agreements, or business risk. Users may request cancellation according to the applicable service agreement.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, designs, training materials, documents, reports, templates, course content, and platform materials belong to 007 Enterprise LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or misuse is prohibited.

18. Third-Party Services

The website or portal may use third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, email, storage, analytics, or business tools. 007 Enterprise is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or actions.

19. Changes to Terms

007 Enterprise may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website, portal, or services after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
